Privacy policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. The German version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the German wording prevails.
This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you get in touch. The applicable law is the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Principle
This website is purely an information site. It sets no analytics cookies, runs no tracking, embeds no advertising networks and operates no contact form. Fonts and images are served from this site's own server; no third-party content is loaded when you open a page.
Server logs at the hosting provider
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When a page is requested, the provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular:
- the IP address of the accessing device
- the date and time of the request
- the address requested and the volume of data transferred
- browser type, operating system and referring page
This data serves secure and stable operation and the defence against attacks. It is not combined with other data sources and is not evaluated to identify individuals. Cloudflare operates a worldwide server network, so processing may also take place outside Switzerland.
Email correspondence
Email traffic runs through Infomaniak, located in Switzerland. If you get in touch by email, the details you provide — name, email address and the content of your message — are stored in order to handle your enquiry. They are not passed on to third parties.
Scheduling via Calendly
For scheduling appointments the service Calendly is used, operated by Calendly LLC, based in the USA.
Calendly is deliberately not embedded in this website. The reference is an ordinary link. Simply visiting this website therefore involves no transfer of data to Calendly. Only when you click the link do you leave this website, and Calendly's own privacy policy applies.
If you book an appointment there, Calendly processes the details you enter — typically name, email address, the time selected and an optional message. This constitutes a disclosure of data abroad within the meaning of Art. 16 f. FADP.
This disclosure relies on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognised as providing adequate protection on 15 September 2024; Calendly LLC is self-certified under the Data Privacy Framework. Should this certification lapse, the disclosure relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as the purpose requires or statutory retention obligations demand. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law you have the right to:
- information as to whether and which data concerning you is processed
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion or restriction of processing
- objection to processing
- data portability in a common format
Please address requests for information and other matters to martin.keller@drkeller-consulting.ch. Proof of identity may be required in order to handle a request for information.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
This policy may be adjusted if the processing of personal data changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
